DipCAH - Jackie studied for the Diploma in Clinical and Advanced Hypnotherapy with the UK Academy of Therapeutic Arts and Sciences through the Delwyn School of Hypnotherapy in North Wales. The ethos of this training academy, is to ensure that  the training of those in the profession is of the highest standards and that the needs of the client are paramount.

This is the first externally verified hypnotherapy qualification and its learning outcomes are in line with the National Occupational Standards for Hypnotherapy.
NGA - as a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists Jackie is committed to abiding by its codes of conduct and ethics. The NGA is an international organsiation founded in 1951 currently representing practitioners to the highest levels in our field, all over the world. It is a privilege to be a member of such an organisation which is committed to ensuring the highest possible professional standards amongst their members. This requires all practitioners to attend regular supervision sessions with a senior clinician and to make a commitment to a minimum number of hours of continued professional development each year to ensure services to you of the highest standard.
The Guild obliges all members to maintain comprehensive Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance and maintains a Common Code of Ethics and Practice and a Complaints and Disciplinary Procedure.
NSHP - registered with the National Society of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, formerly the National College of HypnoPsychotherapy, founded in 1977. This outstanding and pioneering organisation leads the way in development and training in the field in the UK and elsewhere in the world.  Founded by Shaun Brookhouse and Fiona Biddle, original founders of the NCH (National Council for Hypnotherapists) the pair broke away from that organisation to expand the National College which provides outstanding training for hypnotherpists and psychotherapists easily meeting the required National Occupational Standards and is accredited by NCFE. For more information go to NCHP
We are proud to be members of the Delwyn Group of Hypnotherapists and HypnoPsychotherapists covering North Wales, Chester, the Wirral and North Shropshire.
Jackie is currently studying for her MA level qualification in hypnopsychotherapy with the National College of HypnoPsychoptherapy. This is a course of some 1800 hours of study and supervision which will lead to her registration with the UKCP, one of the most highly recognised and respected membership organsiations in this field of treatment.
In addition to the therapeutic fields as outlined above, Jackie will shortly qualify as a Clinical Nutritionist with the Open College Network. This will enable us to offer informed advice in relation to nutrition and Stay Slim Coaching.  This service will be available from September 2011
At this time there is no requirement for a hypnotherapist to be registered. It is therefore extremely important that you check out the training and qualifications of any practitioner with whom you choose to consult to ensure you are being treated by a therapist who has the appropriate knowledge, ethics and integrity that you would expect of them. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us for an informal discussion.
